Reach Out. Complete our Global Agent Match form below.
Client Consultation to follow. Our lead agent will reach out to you or the contact you referred to us for a quick real estate consultation.
Agent Search within one business day. We will then search our global network of 188,121+ agents and sort them according to vigorous criteria to find two or three top matches. Our criteria includes total units sold, sales volume, approach to buying and selling, appropriate use of technology, marketing style, and client review analysis.
Agent Interview within two business days. Our lead agent will interview the prospective agents to establish a relationship and determine if they will be a good match for you and your real estate needs. We also ensure that they operate with a code of conduct consistent with our values.
Agent Selection within three business days. After evaluating all criteria an agent will be selected and recommended to you.
Agent Connection. If you agree to the match, we will connect you with the local agent and they will begin their process to best serve you.
Ongoing Communication and Support. We will keep in touch with you and the local agent before you go under contract and during the sale process to ensure you are receiving a high level of service.
No Charge. After closing we will receive a referral fee from the agent. Our Global Agent Match service will not cost you anything.
Repeat. Often great buyer’s agents are not great listing agents and vice versa. When you’re ready to buy or sell again, please reach out and we’ll be sure you are served at the highest level for the next task at hand.
